Episode 3: Time for a poached bird POV
INTRO: I'm Pied, a pied urvogel, or an Archaeopteryx!
I'm Mr Bloomsip, purple sunbird who owns two blue LEGO bricks!
I use my alias for the title here!
We're Pied- and Bloomsip- hosts of
Survogel asks the Biosphere!
NOTE: This is merely a fictional narrative of events. Don't take it to be a real thing. I'm not risking my life IRL, because of the fact that I have a future worth turning into a present.
Alright, are we live yet?
Yes.
Good. *inhales* Okay, so... I've got a proposition. I'm going to get into the wildlife trade and survive for as long as I can. If it seems I'm not going to survive, then only will I call the cops. I'm going to pose as a weird drongo thing that can talk, DEFINITELY get captured alive due to the fact that I can talk, do a Shawshank-redemption Papillon by freeing as many birds as I can without getting caught, and see where I end up, which I hope to Frog Titan isn't "stuffed in a museum in Germany".
I want to visit Berlin, but with my skin still attached to me.
Now, here's what we'll be doing to ensure that my odds of dying are very, VERY low. Bloomsip, pan.
Okay!
Here's my laptop. Right here is a tracking app, which'll show where I am in India, or rather, the rest of the world, if things get there. Also, nobody can contact me, and there's a measure for if I die. I don't want it to come to that. If you noticed, the migratory birds who came over for Christmastime are also being tracked. And there's already the fact that I can talk, but I've been trying to ventriloquy so that nobody notices my teeth, which I'll use as a last resort.
Speaking of which, I'll pose as some weird drongo variant by pulling some of my tail feathers out. *rhrhgrhhghrg* Darn it, it's painful. Thing is, with these ShInY rAiNbOw CoVeRtS, there'll be a high price on my feathers, so anyone who can afford me, if not my parents, will definitely have bought a computer of some form, and if they haven't, I can probably escape from their cage if I try.
My journey will start in a rural region near Bhigwan Bird Sanctuary, where there will be poachers. Mr Bloomsip, unfortunately, or fortunately for him, will be Ground Control at home or the recording studio. I'll be sending regular updates this way, so wish me luck!
All the best!
